At GardaWorld, we know your compensation is important, so we provide competitive hourly starting rates for every market we’re in We're growing our team here in Westlake, Texas:

Compensation: $55K / YR
Shift: Open availability

About the job:

• Responsible for security service delivery
• Previous supervisor experience in a related field required; prior military, police preferred
• Oversees constant vehicle patrols and will operate the company vehicle to oversee guard services. Carefully screen for safe driving.
• Will oversee a very large area and will need to have familiarization with geography and neighborhoods. A good sense of direction and map familiarization are ideal.
• Will receive detailed training on the job duties (1-2 weeks)

Your background:

• Must have winteam experience
• Must have scheduling experience
• MUST have a valid DL and pass MVR
• MUST have Military, Law Enforcement experience
• You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
• You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process.
• You have a state license if required.
• Effective communication skills (email, phone, in person). Ability to de-escalate situations with residents and customers while meeting overall security requirements.
