We are opening a boutique office in Dallas, TX and seeking to make our first hires. We are seeking motivated and customer centric people to join our team. We’re growing, in both headcount and revenue, and we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative. Sales Development Representatives are the first point of contact for the vast majority of our new business opportunities. This is a highly visible role that makes a direct and significant impact in our business.

The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify targets within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities by sourcing outbound prospects and responding to inbound interests to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers
  • Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
  • Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities
  • Work 15 to 25 hours a week
  • Source 20 opportunities per day
  • Make 50 calls per day

Qualifications

  • Generally, have internship experience or one (1) year of professional work experience, ideally in management consulting, higher education, finance or b2b sales

  • Experience in management consulting, professional services or higher education
  • HubSpot certified

Requirements (What we look for in candidates): Must-haves: - 4-8 years of work experience in any customer-facing sales role. - Clear, concise, and effective written and oral communication skills. - Empathy towards customers and understanding their needs. - Interest, curiosity, and openness to learning new technologies. - Prior exposure to tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, DiscoverOrg, ZoomInfo, etc. - Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders as well as end customers. - Learning mindset and the right attitude that will help you thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. - Ability to handle rejections and stay focused and driven. - Ability to multi-task and manage your tasks effectively. - Flexibility in working in different shifts/regions. This is absolutely mandatory because you will be expected to work in a specific shift for a minimum of two years.
