Lytics is hiring a Senior Customer Success Managerto join our Sales team and help us drive hugely successful trials of the Lytics platform. We’re seeking someone who naturally understands the pressures of Marketing, empathizes with customers needs and can be passionate about how Lytics can help our prospects become more efficient, successful and effective in their Marketing efforts. You will partner with our Sales and Product team to guide our prospects through the transformation and elevation of their digital marketing strategy, leveraging our market-leading Customer Data Platform (CDP).
In this role, you will help prospects and sometimes current customers understand and experience the value of Lytics through Trials and Proofs of Concept. . You will work closely with Lytics’ Sales + Services Organizations to understand prospects and customers goals and use cases. You will lead the development and management of a mutual use case plan and provide enablement training and content to support successful adoption and usage of Lytics capabilities. You will be a key part of a Sales Organization that strives to secure new customers that will drive significant business value with the Lytics platform.
Build relationships with assigned prospects, help guide their planning and product usage, and continually delight them with a positive, customer-centric approach.
Partner with the sale leaders to effectively manage and execute customer success through Trials & Proof-Of-Concepts
Help guide and execute use case and product usage recommendations that lead to successful outcomes and to ensure alignment between prospect and customer objectives and Lytics capabilities.
Transition knowledge and recommendations to the account management team post engagements to inform the on-boarding phase and into post implementation.
Support ongoing enablement and guidance, including recurring business reviews, in collaboration with Account Management.
Become a Lytics expert and enable clients to effectively use Lytics capabilities to power effective multi-channel campaigns.
Develop tools, processes and best practices to ensure customers are realizing the greatest possible value from Lytics.
Work closely with Technical Services, Sales, and Product teams to share customer insights that inform additional product and service sales opportunities.
Reliably and effectively manage multiple projects across a range of clients while meeting timelines.
Solicit, understand, and package client feedback on product features and capabilities.
5+ years in a customer-facing role in a variety of digital marketing roles such as Solutions Consultant, Customer Success, Support Engineer, or similar for a software company and/or with a digital marketing agency.
Holistic thinker about the customer journey: hands-on experience with marketing technologies ranging from managing digital ads, CRM, digital analytics, personalization or tag management, campaign management, data management platforms, to web-based technologies (e.g. CMS), and a demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to new software.
High level of personal organization, personal accountability, and follow-through
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ideally, a strong understanding of marketing technologies, reporting & analytics, predictive data science, and organizational transformation
Ability to travel up to 20% (post Covid)
