Job Description


  • Build and maintain a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.
  • Communicate with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identify and suggest products to meet those needs.
  • Demonstrate the functions and utility of products to customers based on their needs.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolve any issues that may arise post-sale.
  • Maintain communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products and enhancements that may be of interest.
  • Maintain detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.
  • Provide periodic sales forecasts.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals through outbound sales efforts
  • Understand the struggle of a customer and approach each conversation with a consultative approach
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

  • At least two to five years of related experience required.
  • At least two years of experience in sales in food production industry, or related
  • At least two years of experience in Sales in the food and beverage or packaging industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Bilingual



· Construire et maintenir un réseau de sources à partir duquel identifier de nouvelles pistes de vente.

· Communiquer avec les clients et les prospects pour identifier et comprendre leurs besoins en produits ou services ; identifier et proposer des produits pour répondre à ces besoins.

· Assurer la satisfaction de la clientèle grâce à une communication continue et à la gestion des relations ; résoudre tout problème pouvant survenir après la vente.

· Maintenir la communication avec les clients existants et précédents, en les alertant des nouveaux produits et des améliorations susceptibles de les intéresser.

· Tenir à jour des rapports détaillés sur les activités de vente, y compris les appels, les commandes, les ventes, les pertes d'affaires et tout problème de relation client ou fournisseur.

· Fournir des prévisions de ventes périodiques .

· Atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de vente mensuels grâce aux efforts de vente sortants

· Comprendre la lutte d'un client et aborder chaque conversation avec une approche consultative

· Effectuer d'autres tâches assignées.

Compétences requises :

· Au moins deux à cinq ans d'expérience pertinente requise.

· Au moins deux ans d' expérience dans la vente dans l'industrie de la production alimentaire, ou connexe

· Au moins deux ans d'expérience dans la vente dans l'industrie agroalimentaire ou de l'emballage

· Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et de service à la clientèle.

· Excellentes aptitudes à la vente et à la négociation.

· Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et souci du détail.

· Solides compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes.

· Capacité à bien fonctionner dans un environnement dynamique et parfois stressant.

· Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office ou d'un logiciel connexe.

· Baccalauréat en marketing, vente, commerce ou dans un domaine connexe de préférence.

· Bilingue

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $60,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
