Job Description

Job Description We are looking for motivated and articulate Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to join the Digitate America sales team. The SDR will be responsible for developing new leads for the Digitate Sales Team as well as other activities to support ongoing business development efforts.


  • Market our products and services via telephone, email and other digital channels. High emphasis on cold-calling prospects to gauge interest level, from general interest to actively purchasing.
  • Qualify leads generated from Marketing programs and promotions by phone and email.
  • Maintain good business relationships with customers and prospects to conduct needs analysis, relay product information and provide technical specifications, quotations and proposals.
  • Work closely with field sales representatives and product specialists to plan and execute prospecting campaigns and GTM strategies to acquire new sales opportunities.
  • Manage all interactions and touch-point discussions and prompt follow up.
  • Direct qualified leads to specified sales representatives with high efficiency and priority.
  • Follow up on qualified leads with the sales teams, ensuring timely contact and pipeline creation.
  • Create and maintain a database of all current and potential prospects.
  • Set appointments for sales representatives.
  • Proactively research and develop new prospects and business opportunities.
  • Report to Business Development Manager on a regular basis (weekly/monthly/quarterly) with various metrics including activity, progress towards goals and feedback on progress.
  • Stay up to date on new Digitate products and services, including updates to current products, pricing and general industry trends.

Key qualifications include strong verbal and written communications skills, a successful background in inside-sales or outbound lead generation, proficiency in gathering and analyzing data, ability to recognize opportunities and qualify prospects, strong communication and inter-personal skills, leadership capabilities to help develop and refine messaging and outbound campaign materials, motivation and energy to perform at a high volume of activities and a growth mindset.
