As a Commissioned Sales Consultant / HVAC Sales Rep, your product knowledge and people skills are the tools of your trade. For every objection, you have an intelligent and honest solution. You make sound recommendations as if it was your own home and stand behind your estimates. Throughout the whole HVAC project, you stay involved because you understand that satisfied customers are worth their weight in referrals.
You are always willing to go where the leads are, whether trade shows, meetings, or other community events. You put together lists of potential leads and follow up with them conscientiously. While selling is a lot of fun for you, you also recognize the hard work that is required. You collaborate with other team members and departments to put together goals and strategies.
