The Successful Candidate Will…
- Hire, train, lead and motivate branch employees to perform at their highest potential and develop them for advancement to greater responsibility.
- Responsible for internal sales, growth, profit, and key performance indicators.
- Deliver on our sales objectives of double-digit growth.
- Maintain strong internal control and security over branch funds, products, parts, supplies and other company assets.
- Administrative and fiscal responsibilities related to employee timekeeping procedures, preparing budgets, goals and objectives of the branch to be approved by the Regional Manager.
- Set by example high standards of honesty, integrity and moral judgment in dealing with customers, employees, vendors and the public.

Requirements…
- Have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
- Be able to work in a fast paced, energetic, and team-oriented environment.
- Ability to safely drive a company vehicle.
- 2 years of experience providing outstanding customer service.
- 2 years of prior sales or management experience.
- Ability to work on call as needed.
