What You'll Do:
- Drive Sales Success: Achieve sales targets in the South Texas/Eagle Ford region by building relationships with new and existing clients.
- Create Strategic Solutions: Develop tailored sales strategies that meet the specific needs of each customer.
- Be the Customer’s Advocate: Visit client sites to ensure projects are on track and customers are satisfied, while identifying new business opportunities.
- Lead Industry Engagement: Stay at the forefront of market trends, attend industry events, and represent the company at trade shows and educational sessions.
- Own Your Territory: Manage your own book of business independently, with full access to cutting-edge CRM tools for tracking leads and opportunities.
What You Bring:
- Industry Expertise: At least 3 years of experience in oilfield sales, with a strong understanding of the frac/oilfield market.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently from a home-based office, managing your time and sales pipeline effectively.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to deliver engaging presentations to clients.
- CRM Savvy: Experience with sales CRM tools to stay organized and manage customer relationships.
- A Valid Driver’s License: Clean driving record and the flexibility to travel occasionally for client meetings.
Education:
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required – we value experience and drive above all else.

Pay: $70,524.00 - $81,266.00 per year
