Job Description


The Sr. Product Manager, Pricing will be responsible for helping redefine the pricing strategy and bringing innovation and scale to the Pricing organization at GameStop. He or she will have a foundational impact on the long-term customer experience through the creation of new systems and processes that meet the needs of the customer and the business in an omnichannel environment.


  • Create and define the strategy for different aspects of the Pricing organization
  • Collaborate with technology, operations, merchant, and store teams to build and implement innovative solutions to challenging problems
  • Identify when third party solutions are needed to deliver quickly on our goals and work to ensure a seamless integration
  • Evaluate tradeoffs while prioritizing initiatives across the broader strategy
  • Use statistical modeling methods to estimate the impact of pricing decisions and their effect on the business
  • Define new business procedures, evaluate resource requirements, and work with the larger team to implement these operational changes
  • Dig in deep to understand customer pain points and usage patterns to inform your product’s strategy and roadmap
  • Demonstrate technical depth that allows you to communicate with, understand, and earn the respect of engineers and data scientists
  • Consider multiple objectives at once, balancing platform quality and customer success metrics to identify the best solution
  • Confidently navigate knowns and unknowns leveraging data, your experience, and instincts to guide your efforts in creating a phenomenal customer experience
  • Identify key input and output metrics which will inform how you measure and monitor your product’s performance
  • Actively advise, mentor, and develop other team members to build functional and strategic capability


  • Bachelor’s degree with a regionally accredited program within a related field
  • 5+ years of relevant business and product experience
  • 2+ years’ experience working on data-driven products
  • An owner’s mindset and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Analytical skills with demonstrated ability of turning data insights into product improvements and new experiences
  • Strong communications skills in both written and verbal domains


  • MBA or Master’s degree in a related field
  • Experience with SQL and/or BigQuery

Key Accountabilities  * Create customer success plans to drive growth for each account  * Support solution design and technical implementation of current desired integrations as outlined in the customer success plan. * Monitor user adoption and product utilization and create targeted programs to increase engagement and support the agency's change management process. * Build strong relationships between the Miovision product and support teams to ensure continuous resolution of ongoing operational issues as well as product deficiencies that may come up.  * Participate in regular support and health checks to ensure accounts are continuing to derive value from our solutions * Support software renewal and upselling activities  Skills/Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree or recognized equivalency or achievement of recognized professional level * 5+ years of technical experience; must understand network products * Ability to travel internationally, providing on-site consulting work to clients * Ability to manage multiple projects utilizing strong planning and organizational skills * Experience with general consulting skills that include team facilitation, business case development, strong business analysis skills, process mapping and process redesign * Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management and support * Analytical nature with the ability to solve complex business issues * Basic understanding of product development and engineering processes.  We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
