THE CHALLENGE
App + Web and Brick + Mortar behaviors have never lived with survey data on one platform. You will now lead sales growth of MFour’s new SaaS product, Atlas Studio. Atlas is the culmination of MFour transforming market research. Insights professionals know they need MFour’s mobile research approaches for gathering OmniTraffic® data as smartphones supplant PCs becoming the public’s favorite devices, but many remain hesitant to change. Understand their business problems and guide them, positioning MFour’s software products and services as the only effective gateway to a new mobile era.

CREATING SUCCESS

  • Sell current and new prospective clients the Atlas Studio platform
  • Master the Atlas platform then communicate its’ unique values to clients
  • Work directly with MFour’s c-level shaping strategy and success for our new suite of products
  • Understand the market and segment targets based on our strategy and goals.
  • Develop and manage a convertible pipeline that achieves quarterly revenue goals and leads to scalability and growth
  • Generate sales from inbound inquiries, and from outbound leads generated by our in-house business development team
  • Depending on the volume of business, you also may be required to generate and qualify your own leads
  • Use data-driven approaches to selling and finding new leads
  • Use modern tools such as Salesforce CRM
  • Gain technical knowledge and a thorough awareness of market researchers’ needs
  • Be able to answer clients’ objections and reassure them that MFour’s all-mobile research will lead them to the market insights they need
  • Be a brand ambassador who can bring back clients’ feedback and suggestions to help us improve our products and services

  • Be flexible, show great initiative, be willing to lead and be led as needed
  • National sales scope, with travel up to 10% of work time

MEASURING PERFORMANCE

  • Be evaluated according to how much business you bring in, and how quickly
  • Meet quarterly growth targets
  • Targets are adjusted annually to reflect the market research industry’s increasing adoption of mobile strategies

DESIRED EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience
  • Proven experience with go-to-market strategy
  • Experience identifying, initiating relationships with then closing with c-level executives
  • History of exceeding sales quotas
  • Salesforce.com familiarity
  • Comfortable in an evolving environment leading the shift in market research
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Requirements (What we look for in candidates): Must-haves: - 4-8 years of work experience in any customer-facing sales role. - Clear, concise, and effective written and oral communication skills. - Empathy towards customers and understanding their needs. - Interest, curiosity, and openness to learning new technologies. - Prior exposure to tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, DiscoverOrg, ZoomInfo, etc. - Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders as well as end customers. - Learning mindset and the right attitude that will help you thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. - Ability to handle rejections and stay focused and driven. - Ability to multi-task and manage your tasks effectively. - Flexibility in working in different shifts/regions. This is absolutely mandatory because you will be expected to work in a specific shift for a minimum of two years. Good to have: - Prior work experience in SaaS product companies in domains relevant to Freshworks' suite of products. - A proven track record of consistency in overachieving targets.
