Pour nous soutenir dans cette croissance, nous sommes présentement à la recherche d’un.eDirecteur.trice des ventes Amérique du Nord ayant de l'expérience dans la vente de logiciel SaaS.


Objectifs:


  • Scaler les opérations de ventes. Nous souhaitons augmenter de manière considérable notre base de données de clients
  • Opérationnaliser la stratégie Go-To-Market de nos nouveaux produits
  • Continuer à positionner Metrio en tant que leader en termes d’outils en solution ESG sur le territoire Nord Américain


Ce que vous ferez:


  • Atteindre les objectifs d’affaires de la compagnie pour le territoire Nord Américain;
  • Assurer la croissance du MRR (monthly recurring revenue);
  • Intervenir lors de moments clés de vente afin de conclure les ententes;
  • Monitorer l’ensemble des KPI relatifs aux ventes et augmenter notre taux de conversion;
  • Améliorer nos processus opérationnels de ventes;
  • Supporter les équipes de Ventes et de Gestion de comptes à atteindre les objectifs;
  • S’assurer de la bonne coordination entre l'équipe de ventes et de gestion de comptes;
  • Instaurer une relation de travail efficace avec notre équipe de Marketing;
  • Communiquer de façon claire et continuelle la vision stratégique de Metrio à l'équipe de ventes afin d’assurer une direction unique vers un but commun.


Ce que nous recherchons:


  • Un minimum de 7 années d’expérience en vente de logiciel SaaS dans une organisation ayant vécu une forte croissance;
  • Expérience dans la gestion d’équipe de ventes ayant démontré l’atteinte des objectifs d’affaires
  • Un.e leader des ventes motivé.e par les chiffres et désireux.euse d'améliorer la performance de l'entreprise;
  • Un excellente capacité à mesurer et à communiquer les progrès accomplis, à identifier les obstacles et à trouver des solutions appropriées;
  • Un.e gestionnaire qui montre l’exemple, capable de mettre en place un climat de travail collaboratif et basé sur la confiance mutuelle;
  • Être capable de travailler en français et en anglais

To support us in this growth, we are currently looking for a Head of Sales North America with experience selling SaaS Solutions.


Your goals:


  • Scale sales operations. We wish to significantly increase our customer base
  • Operationalize the Go-To-Market strategy of our new products
  • Continue position Metrio as a leader in providing ESG solution tools to the North American territory


What you will do:


  • Reach the company's business objectives for the North American territory;
  • Increase MRR growth (monthly recurring revenue);
  • Be involved in the key sales moments in order to close deals;
  • Improve our operational sales processes;
  • Monitor sales KPIs and increase conversion rates;
  • Support the Sales and Account Management teams in achieving their goals;
  • Ensure smooth coordination between the sales and account management teams;
  • Establish an effective working relationship with our Marketing team;
  • Clearly communicate Metrio's strategic vision to your team to ensure everyone works toward the same goal.

Your profile:


  • Minimum of 7 years of experience selling SaaS solutions preferably in a fast-growing company;
  • Experience leading a sales team, with a track record of delivering to targets.
  • A sales leader who's driven by numbers and eager to improve business performance;
  • Great ability to measure and communicate progress, identify obstacles and find appropriate solutions;
  • A manager who leads by example, capable of establishing a collaborative working climate based on mutual trust;
  • Ability to work in both French and English.
