Call Center Supervisor - Team Manager
We are looking for an experienced Call Center Supervisor to oversee and support our sales representatives team! The Call Center Supervisor will monitor and manage a team of 10-15 representatives. It’s essential that they have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable working in a team environment. They should be able to lead and motivate their team to achieve specific goals. Ultimately, the Team Manager should be able to build a high-performance team to ensure customer satisfaction and meet goals.

Responsibilities not limited to:

  • Fully manage a team between 10-15 representatives
  • Set and track sales targets for your team
  • Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines
  • Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements
  • Coordinate with Recruiters to ensure staffing is met
  • Responsible for enforcing company policy with the representatives
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are met
  • Build an open-communication environment for your team


  • Proven work experience as a Call Center Supervisor or Team Manager
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel
  • In-depth understanding of sales and customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Bonus pay
  • Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lewisville, TX 75067: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)


  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)


  • Call Center Supervisor: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Outbound Team Management: 2 years (Preferred)
