Peachy is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to join the team! Peachy is a fast-growing, wrinkle prevention brand based in New York City. We offer the three scientifically demonstrated ways to prevent and treat facial wrinkles in our retail studios. It's our mission to make wrinkle prevention and treatment approachable, but also clinically excellent.

For this position, we are on the lookout for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager who can take over the day-to-day execution of our digital marketing campaigns. The Growth Marketing Manager will collaborate cross-functionally to drive growth and retention. This is an exciting opportunity to play an integral role in shaping our growing business!

What You'll Do:

    • Lead strategy, management, optimization and execution of all paid media activity, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram and more
    • Scale new customer acquisition channels across paid digital (Facebook, Instagram, PPC, Google)
    • Analyze channel performance to form & test hypotheses, develop and launch new creative, and target growth strategies week-to-week
    • Responsible for optimizing costs and budget management of growth marketing spend
    • Integrate existing brand building and content development efforts into overall growth strategy
    • Own, drive, and report on key metrics related to customer acquisition cost, channel/campaign LifeTime Value (LTV), and overall channel growth
    • Manage relationships with agency partners to consistently improve channel & campaign level metrics
    • Collaborate with analyst partners to develop weekly channel performance measurement reporting
    • Partner with Growth Marketing Manager (SEO), to lead the strategy and execution of changes that drive client growth & retention

Who You Are:

    • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, growth, consulting or other quantitative fields
    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is preferred
    • Direct-to-consumer companies or digital agency experience preferred
    • Experience in paid social and PPC campaigns, including creative production, implementation, testing, and measurement
    • Demonstrated experience managing forecasting and budget allocation
    • A track record of success with conversion rate optimization, split testing and improving mid-funnel conversion rates
    • Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Segment, Google Tag Manager
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics, and how to measure their success
    • Experience using & reporting from Facebook, Google, and other relevant tools and platforms
    • Ability to synthesize large data and effectively communicate findings to key stakeholders
    • Skilled at prioritizing and managing multiple projects, taking initiative, and working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
