Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to help us expand our customer base. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

As a Business Development Manager your main role will be to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and building strong sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a sales growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients/affiliates
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Create a sales team by recruiting competent sales professionals.
  • Explore opportunities for building partnerships/collaborations.
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives to develop and improve the business
  • keep abreast of trends and changes in the home security and telecom industry.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office and CRM software

The ideal candidate for this position will

  • Have at least 3 years of experience in business development role
  • Have a proven track record of generating and closing sales, especially in home security sales
  • Possess excellent English written and oral communication skills
  • Be extremely tech savvy, pick up new software quickly, and be very comfortable with constantly evolving technology

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $30,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
