Quartz Network is changing the game with an incredible SaaS platform that streamlines the B2B buying process. We’re an established company, in massive growth mode and looking to add new Product Managers to the team who are enthusiastic, driven and self-motivated individuals.

We have three main offerings and you have the potential to contribute to each:

  • Quartz Events; industry-leading in-person and virtual executive conferences
  • Quartz Network (Q/N); digital home for intentional networking, education and strategy sharing
  • Q/N Solutions; a two-sided B2B marketplace where executives find business solutions, and solution providers find customers.

As a Product Manager, you’ll own a portion of the Quartz Network platform. With the help of our product and leadership team, you’ll be responsible for taking ideas from brainstorming sessions and making them a reality. ​​You'll work closely with product designers and dev team to shadow end users, identify opportunities, and design and run experiments, and establish your ideal user flows.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the ideation, developmental life cycle, and launch of innovative products end-to-end
  • Work collaboratively with dev, marketing, customer success, and leadership to achieve company-wide objectives
  • Incorporate feedback and input from customers, partners and in-house teams for product strategy
  • Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative research to identify product opportunities and prioritize the roadmap

Skills and Experience:

  • 2+ years of product management experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with sprint planning, managing day-to-day technical direction and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity and comfort with data, including the ability to use data to analyze and monitor product health and to make hard prioritization decisions
  • A track record of solving hard problems successfully
  • Bonus: Experience with Shortcut

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $110,000.00 per year

This is absolutely mandatory because you will be expected to work in a specific shift for a minimum of two years. Good to have: - Prior work experience in SaaS product companies in domains relevant to Freshworks' suite of products. - The proven track record of consistency in overachieving targets.
