Job Description

The Digital Adoption Specialist’s purpose is to ensure end users (external and internal customers) are using digital tools to their full extent in their daily activities and for their intended purpose by focusing on the following stages of the adoption process: Software Onboarding, User Training, Technical Support & Continuous Improvement. The Digital Adoption Specialist will play a key role in the maximization of Laurentide return of investments & organizational capability in technology.

What you bring to the table

Software Onboarding
  • Coordinate the delivery of technology training programs to new employees.

User Training
  • Work with Business Analyst – Digital Transformation CX/UX on an ongoing basis to review and revise training curriculum of users.
  • Build and deliver technology trainings (1 on 1 training, groups training, self-learning videos, documents) to support and optimize user experiences.
  • Assist in identifying and training of subject matter experts (SME) and power users.
  • Support the management and maintenance of organizational Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Support communication activities (Tips & Tricks, Newsletter) to raise technology awareness to users.

Technical Support
  • Support Users in their daily activities by troubleshooting Salesforce and IFS tickets.
  • Coach Users during troubleshooting activities.
  • Support testing of new technologies to ensure flawless user & customer experience at Go Live.

Continuous Improvement
  • Support the creation of UX KPIs such as: Adoption Rate, Productivity, Tickets Trends, Satisfaction, Usability and User tasks.
  • Work with Business Analyst – Digital Transformation CX/UX on an ongoing basis to review UX KPI, identify key areas of improvement and propose innovative solutions.
  • Support senior members of Business Enablement Team in managing and implementing UX continuous improvement projects and initiatives to raise user technology adoption.
  • Support in the research of new technologies to improve customer and user experiences.

Essential skills and qualifications to be successful
  • Minimum D.E.C. in Administration or related field
  • 2 years of related experiences
  • Motivated self-starter with a passion in technology, innovation and helping people
  • Fast Learner, empathy, excellent interpersonal skills, good listener, patience
  • Collaborative, flexibility, desire to succeed, customer focused.
  • Detailed oriented with big picture thinking
  • Continuous improvement and oriented solution mindsets
  • Strong oral and written skills in French and English
  • Experience in ERP (IFS Apps 10) and CRM (Salesforce) (assets)
