MuleSoft’s Field Enablement team is transforming how we sell, enabling much larger average selling prices and higher win rates by delivering insight and ultimately transformational outcomes to customers. Our primary objective is to improve sales productivity, which is arguably the most important metric in our business. We don’t just roll out a model that is already proven…we are defining the model. In the process we’re helping a large number of individuals accelerate their careers.

With MuleSoft’s rapid growth, we are seeking a Sr. Manager / Director of Global Programs to drive scale, structure, and consistency across our enablement programs. You will serve as a people leader, expanding and developing a quickly growing team. Specific responsibilities for the team include:
Ownership of the MuleSoft Sales Process Enablement of our customer-facing messaging, foundational knowledge and operational processes & tools Enablement strategy for our joint go-to-market motion with Salesforce Programs & enablement of our AE & Sales Leader Talent Development Lifecycle Management of large-scale enablement programs, including certifications, Kickoff, and more As a successful candidate, you are a strong people leader who is self-directed in building a strategy and team. You come with enablement experience and understand how to build high-impact programs that feature best-in-class content and a blend of virtual and in-person learning experience.

The location for this role is either San Francisco, Chicago or Atlanta.


  • 10+ years working experience; 4+ years in sales enablement, sales productivity, or Product Marketing. Previous Account Executive experience a strong plus
  • People leadership and hiring experience
  • Experience with Challenger Selling and MEDDIC is a strong plus
  • Ability to create content and programs that drive long-term knowledge, skill, and behavior change within the sales organization
  • Deep understanding of software selling and sales methodologies
  • Excellent written and visual content creation with an eye for detail
  • Strong executive presence, communication, and influence skills
  • Comfort working autonomously as a self-starter
  • Comfort in working cross-functionally, balancing the needs of multiple groups
