About the Role:
Essential Functions:
- Build market position by locating, developing, defining and closing new business; arrange business
- Become a subject matter expert on our business products and services offered, and remain up-todate on industry related news
- Interact regularly with local management and develop close and cooperative working relationships
- Develop a growth strategy and set quotas focused both on financial gain and profitability to meet
- Follow-up with new clients and operations to ensure a seamless implementation when onboarding
- Perform market research to continually identify new pipeline opportunities; presenting and
- Utilizing Salesforce or current CRM program to build a customer database of key information; build
forecasting accuracy
- Exceed all assigned revenue goals and corporate pricing objectives: Work with management on any
- Perform other duties as assigned

Proven Sales Track Record: Experience in transportation and logistics with a history of driving business growth. Freight forwarding sales is a must.

Salary:
$85,000 to $100,000 plus sales incentive plan.
The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for this position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
