Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our security contracts and services while building strong relationships with clients. This role requires a proactive approach to outside sales, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to analyze market trends to identify new opportunities.

Duties

  • Engage in outside sales activities to generate new business and maintain existing accounts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Utilize Salesforce for account management, tracking leads, and reporting sales activities.
  • Conduct technical sales presentations to demonstrate product features and benefits.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to close sales effectively.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.

Experience

  • Proven experience in outside sales or technology sales is preferred.
  • Strong background in customer service with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with account management practices and tools like Salesforce is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze data and market conditions to inform sales tactics.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Experience in technical sales is advantageous but not mandatory.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: Up to $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week

  • Sales: 2 years (required)
  • Customer service: 2 years (required)
  • Negotiation: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (required)
