We are currently seeking a growth-oriented Sales Account Manager to support the commercial division of our Langley location.

As a Sales Account Manager your responsibilities will include creating new accounts in a dedicated market territory in a business-to-business (B2B) environment while building and maintaining a close working relationship with existing accounts. The successful candidate will leverage an innovative mindset to achieve success while also achieving sales and activity targets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Achieve Company Revenue Targets: Your primary goal is to meet and exceed company revenue targets through effective sales strategies and client management.
  • Client Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead Management: Effectively manage inbound and outbound leads, converting them into profitable business opportunities.
  • Foster a Positive Sales Environment: Actively contribute to the creation of a positive and winning sales environment and culture within the organization.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Grow and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying and pursuing potential sales prospects.
  • On-Site Estimates: Provide on-site estimates to clients of all types, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the services offered.
  • Daily Structured Phone Calls: Engage in structured daily phone calls with decision makers to drive business opportunities.
  • Routine In-Person Visits: Conduct regular, in-person visits to decision makers to build and maintain relationships and explore potential collaborations.
  • Adherence to Company Systems and SOPs: Follow established PURAIR systems and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to achieve success.
  • Promote Corporate Values: Uphold and promote the corporate values in all your work practices, aligning them with the company's mission and culture.
  • Provide Expert Advice: Offer expert advice to educate both existing and potential PURAIR clients, helping them make informed decisions.
  • Weekly Coaching Sessions: Attend and actively participate in weekly coaching sessions, demonstrating a willingness to be coached and continuously improve.
  • Team Collaboration: Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with co-workers across all departments to foster a cooperative and supportive work environment.
  • Professional Image and Record Keeping: Demonstrate a consistently positive work ethic, attitude, and professional image. Maintain accurate and organized paperwork, records, and reports to support efficient business operations.

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in sales and developing new business accounts
  • Previous work experience in the HVAC industry a plus, but NOT required
  • Self-motivated and driven to continuously improve yourself and add value to the organization
  • High level of self-responsibility and personal ownership
  • High sense of urgency to set and achieve goals
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

Compensation:

  • Competitive base salary with monthly profit share bonus based on achieved metrics
  • Vehicle allowance
  • Combination remote/office environment

Salary + Bonus: Expected earnings $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
