We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential home owners and real estate investors, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will be key to driving sales and achieving targets. This position requires a proactive approach to warm calling and the ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining a strong focus on customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct warm calls to potential clients, and offer solutions to selling their home.
  • Communicate clearly and persuasively with customers to understand their requirements.
  • Professionally help homeowners make the decision to sell their home to us by having them sign a purchase agreement.
  • Utilize GoHighLevel or similar CRM tools to manage customer interactions and sales pipelines.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while seeking opportunities for more real estate transactions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on market approaches and identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide technical sales support by explaining product features and benefits in detail.
  • Negotiate terms of sale with customers, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in inside sales or a similar customer service role.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to engage customers warmly and effectively during calls.
  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel or other CRM systems is preferred.
  • Technical sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
  • A proactive attitude towards learning about market trends and product offerings.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
