- Own the project kickoff and customer onboarding process for all Abodu projects across all geographies.
- Develop strong customer relationships through frequent touchpoints during the transition.
- Develop deep cross-functional working relationships with key internal stakeholders on sales and fulfillment teams to deliver a cohesive, delightful customer experience.
- Draft, review, and see through to execution all post-sale contract documents, including addenda, site plans, and change orders.
- Run point as project manager between contract execution and transition to our fulfillment org, with authority to direct a cross functional team through the transition.
- Participate in continuous process improvement in project transition and customer onboarding processes.
- 3-5 years of individual contributor experience in contract management / sales operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Experience with B2C contracts in the real estate space or large B2B contracts in the software space.
- Proven ability to lead a cross-functional team through a highly collaborative process.
- 3-5 years experience working with automated contract generation tools and e-signature platforms, such as Salesforce CPQ, Conga Composer, Docusign, Adobe Sign.
- Experience operating within Salesforce, including updating records and generating reports.
- Be called out by name in a 5-star Google or Yelp review.
