Zix | AppRiver is looking for an EnterpriseCustomer Relations Manager to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships within the Zix | AppRiver customer-base and guiding those customers through a phenomenal renewal process with the team. You’ll work as a point of contact for customer and partner sales inquiries and learn the sales process, contracts, pricing and market for our cloud-based products and services.
What you will be doing:
- Sell additional services into existing customer relationships.
- Effectively manage the renewal of service agreements in your territory.
- Provide timely and accurate pricing options to the customers and partners.
- Handle customer inquiries related to quotes, pricing, co-terming, up-selling, cancellations, and reinstatement of service agreements.
- Provide product demos and presentations online.
- Record all activities on customer/partner record in SalesForce.
- Forecast projected closed amounts for accounts in Salesforce.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customer or partner.
What experience and skills we need you to have:
- BA/BS degree. In lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience.
- A strong commitment to customer service and success.
- Experience in bringing innovative / market defining products to market.
- Good interpersonal skills to align and foster positive working relationships across the organization (internal and external).
- Sales experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly motivated and flexible individual.
