Retail Success is looking for a competitive Account Executive/Outside Sales to blaze a trail into new markets with POSIM software for retail point-of-sale and inventory management. You will prospect, generate leads, build relationships and close deals. You will use your imagination, relentless tenacity, and persevering hunger to meet and exceed your goals.   • Base salary of $65k + Unlimited Commission upside; ability to earn $150k annual on-target earnings with achievement of minimum sales targets.

What are we looking for:

  • A burning desire to win and achieve goals.
  • Sales experience generating your own leads including cold-calling to build a pipeline.
  • Drive, commitment, and high energy.
  • High efficiency, proficiency, and accuracy in CRM and pipeline management tools.
  • Ability to work with our marketing team to build campaigns that actively engage and convert your target audience into leads.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree in a related field a plus.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years related work experience in software sales required.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years experience working B2B sales required.
  • Experience working in the retail industry is a plus.

Computer Skills:

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel) or Google Suite (Drive, Sheets, Docs)
  • Internet searching
  • Web-based presentation tools such as Zoom and GoToMeeting.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as SharpSpring is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
