Job Title: Solar Energy Consultant (Outside Sales Rep)

Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking an Outside Energy Consultant to help grow our team. The Energy Consultant would be responsible for running company-generated appointments in an in-home setting. Additionally, he/she will be responsible for maintaining 25% of their business with referrals or self-generated appointments.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of Inside or Outside Sales Experience.
  • In lieu of sales experience, willing to invest in the right candidate.
  • Excellent verbal interpersonal communication skills.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft and CRM Software.
  • Minimum of 1 year of Solar sales experience
  • Alarm background a plus
  • Strong communication skills and ability to close sales
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and data analysis
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to thrive in a self-managed environment

Working Conditions (Schedule, Environment, Travel)

  • Hours Varies depending on nature and needs of business
  • Additional hours are based on the manager's requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year
