Job Description

Our ideal District Manager must have the desire, commitment, ethics, skills, and be dependable.

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Acquiring new accounts by cold calling, developing, and pursuing leads in market segments served by BBB
  • Calling developed contacts within assigned region to generate account leads and develop business relationships
  • Using extensive business databases, directories, industry websites, and other sources to continually build new prospect pipeline
  • Conducting all account building activities from prospecting, to qualifying, to closing business accreditations over the phone in the office Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm

Job Requirements:

  • 2 years of working in a sales environment
  • Willingness to uphold BBB Standards of Trust and Core Values
  • Adhere to all company presentation guidelines and policies
  • Deliver presentations via telephone in a friendly, professional and confident manner
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Must have the ability and desire to close accounts. Previous experience of lead generation and cold calling a plus
  • Exemplary attendance, promptness, time management, and attention to detail
  • Participation as a team player
