Position Summary: Field Marketing Manager – Product Inspection

How will you make an impact?
As the Field Marketing Manager for the Product Inspection business, you will bring the voice of the market by providing our customers with the highest levels of food safety and quality. As a key member of the marketing team, you will have close collaboration with customers, Channel Partners, Product Managers, Sales Management, applications and downstream marketing partners to enable our customers to accelerate production, improve consumer safety and protect their brands!
Based remotely in any major US city.

What will you do?
  • Demand generation and supporting the commercial team to meet bookings and revenue targets.
  • Follow and report market and competitor developments.
  • Scaling replication of successes.
  • Drive marketing and commercial support in food safety market segment.
  • Execution of key commercial initiatives.
  • Translate product management messaging into customer value, provide training for commercial teams to accurately position products to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with other product managers, sales managers, product marketing managers, applications scientists, and marketing partners to support new product introductions.
  • Assist in the coordination of marketing communications activities and plans with the downstream marketing group and regional marketing teams to ensure consistency of messaging and efficiency of delivery.
How will you get here?
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Physical Sciences, or a related field required.
  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing, product management or sales leadership.
  • Technical acuity in product portfolio including understanding the customer workflow and requirements.
  • Ability to work independently within a global matrix structure to achieve company goals.
  • Excellent communication, including oral, written and presentation techniques with spoken and written proficiency in English, additional language skills are a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the proven track record to work with diverse levels of customers and internal employees.
  • Ability to develop high levels of credibility and forge solid and positive professional relationships with customers, peers, and commercial management.
  • Self-motivated with a high bias for action.
  • Up to 25% travel including international travel.
