PLM is seeking a team of proactive B2B Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to drive outbound outreach, upselling, cross-selling, and converting leads into loyal customers. In this role, you’ll be responsible for engaging potential B2B customers and qualified leads through phone calls, text messages, and email to build meaningful connections and foster sales opportunities. Success in this position requires a motivated and results-oriented attitude, strong understanding of the sales process, and exceptional communication skills. Prior experience in a B2B sales role is essential.

Sales Development Representative Performance Objectives:
- Making 200+ voice calls, emails, text daily.
- Contact existing customers for up-sell and cross-sell.
- Contact potential customers who our leads
- Make 200+ outbound/inbound calls daily and convert leads to customers.
- Send 200+ outbound emails daily and convert leads to customers.
- Initiate contact with potential customers through prospecting.
- Moving solid leads through the sales process, connecting them to a salesperson, and arranging in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls.
- Following up with potential customers who expressed interest but never committed to move forward in the sales process.
- Continuing to hone in on your skill to increase performance and income opportunities.
- Be a contributing member of the Sales Team in revenue, culture, and brand image.
- Have a strong desire to excel in a sales driven environment.
Sales Development Representative Competencies:
- Prior experience in a B2B sales role is essential.
- Proven sales, cold calling, customer service, or marketing experience.
- High level of drive to succeed in sales. Driven, Persistent, Motivated.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills.
- Good time management and analytical skills.
- Prioritize and plan work activities; use time efficiently; set goals and objectives; organize or schedule other people and their tasks.
- Demonstrates persistence and overcomes obstacles; measure self against standard of excellence.
