Alvarez Insurance Agency LLC is hiring Insurance Sales Representatives to join our growing team!

Our insurance agency is in San Lorenzo, CA, and we're up to big things! We provide Auto, Home, Business, Life, and other insurance coverage to help protect our clients and their assets. This may be your career if you want to be part of a winning and competitive culture!

As our newest sales associate, you'll build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to achieve your personal goals. We'll help you confidently initiate phone conversations, share product knowledge, identify customer needs, and close sales.

Salary: $16.00 - $30.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
• Communicating with our hot leads
• Establish client relationships and follow up with clients as needed
• Understanding prospects' needs and identifying sales opportunities
• Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
• Explaining and demonstrating the benefits of our services
• Staying informed about competing products and services
• Ability to achieve high sales targets
• Having a ton of fun while being part of a competitive team

Requirements

Strong Interest in a sales career Insurance experience necessary and/or willingness to get their insurance license.

Be willing to obtain your Property & Casualty license and eventually the life & health Ins.

Have a strong commitment to success and achieving personal goals

Great self-starter with a sense of urgency.

Strives for success with a Go-Getter mentality

U.S. Work authorization (Required)

Bilingual English- Spanish
