Talkatoo is reinventing dictation software by modernizing the experience, making it easy to use, and ensuring it’s accessible everywhere. We are a fast-growing, funded startup working with industry-leading partners. Our SaaS software works on Android, iOS, PC, Mac, and digital assistants.
Our company is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to help us improve the experience of our customers. You will accomplish this by on-boarding, training and supporting our current and new customers. You will also look for opportunities to expand Talkatoo’s service offerings within current customer organizations through upgrades of additional licenses. We will train you on our specific business operations and arm you with product knowledge, but you should have experience in building customer relationships and growing revenue through outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities
- On-board new customers to our software to ensure they understand how to use the solution for the best experience possible
- Build and improve ongoing customer relationships to ensure clients get maximum satisfaction
- Use data collection and analysis to improve the customer experience
- Identify potential opportunities for revenue growth and expand the usage of Talkatoo within the customer organization
- Educate and inform clients about the company’s products, services and special offers
- Attend to client complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Communicate potential product enhancements to the development team
- Conduct regular customer communication and check-in meetings to maintain a pulse of the customer satisfaction and recommend ways of improving
- Work with internal departments to ensure we meet clients’ expectations.
Requirements
- Preference for applicants with experience in the veterinary industry or technology space
- You have a diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business administration, or the veterinary field.
- You have prior experience in a similar role and a strong track record in customer success or relationship management
- You have experience working with senior stakeholders to find win-win solutions
- You are highly goal oriented, assertive and a hands-on, problem solver
- You possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- You demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- You have excellent organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools (eg. Hubspot) would be a plus
- Must reside in Canada - Mountain or Pacific timezone.
- Must be able to work 9am-5pm Pacific
- University degree higher than 3.75 GPA
- Strong understanding of software solutions and the technology .
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Nice to haves:
- Played competitive university sports
- Previous experience in customer success or a similar role
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Hubspot)
