Conversica is looking for an amazing B2B demand generation and integrated marketing leader with extensive hands-on experience in creating digital lead generation and nurture campaigns, which includes ABM programs, Google PPC, earned and paid social (i.e. Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook), website and content marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), as well as, understands how to optimize campaigns to meet target KPIs and growth initiatives. Success in this position will not only have a direct impact on the aggressive revenue growth of Conversica but also be recognized as a best-practice user of our own Intelligent Virtual Assistants for marketing and sales.

Reporting to the CMO, the Head of Integrated Marketing and Demand Generation will create the demand generation, digital and field marketing strategy for Conversica and will be responsible for creating multiple integrated marketing campaigns targeting our key audiences in marketing, sales and customer success organizations for Mid-Market and Enterprise markets and across various industries, which includes Technology, Telecom, Automotive, Manufacturing and Media and Entertainment.

Responsibilities

    • Develop the integrated marketing strategy tied to revenue goals creating lead generation and nurture campaigns that support top-middle-bottom of the sales funnel goals and KPIs.
    • Determine and execute measurable account-based demand generation programs that create quality pipeline and drive revenue through our direct sales teams
    • Develop and present integrated marketing strategy plans and quarterly review results to the executive team.
    • Use Marketo marketing automation to deploy email campaigns, as well as, improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace
    • Develop and launch social media lead generation campaigns that can show increased engagement with target audiences and ROI
    • Manage audience segmentation to deliver more targeted and relevant messaging and lead scoring weighted to support buyer’s journey.
    • Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance weekly; provide campaign performance briefs to marketing and sales leadership based on agreed upon KPI’s.
    • Drive best in class data capture and management. Provide regular database health checks, cleansing and augmentation
    • Partner closely with the product marketing, content, and sales enablement teams to ensure proper messaging, timing and execution of one-off and ongoing campaigns across email, social, website and paid media.
    • Oversee and manage the SEO, SEM, and content syndication campaigns
    • Evaluate, select and manage technology solutions and vendors that contribute to the successful deployment and measurement of demand generation programs
    • Showcase the use of Conversica’s AI Assistants in demand generation, nurturing and re-engagement programs and be recognized as a best-practice use and thought leader for our customers and prospects

Qualifications

    • Over 10 years of experience working in a hands-on digital marketing role; the right candidate must have experience both in defining the campaign strategy, an integrated marketing plan (Digital & Physical) and deploying their own campaigns
    • Proven track record creating and running ABM programs aligning closely with sales
    • Extensive experience with lead scoring and nurturing email marketing campaigns through the funnel
    • Has built and managed integrated demand generation marketing team
    • Proven track record in Lead acquisition and customer retention digital programs
    • Expert with Marketo Marketing Automation software and for deploying newsletter, nurture, and drip campaigns
    • Extensive experience with website optimization to improve page ranks in SERP
    • Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices; has written keywords for website pages
    • Knowledge of Google Analytics and running detailed reports
    • Critical thinking, research, and problem-solving skills a must
    • Ability to simultaneously coordinate multiple, high-priority projects
    • Metrics and results driven
    • Excellent communication skills with proven ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation and spoken formats to a variety of audiences including the executive team.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with people at all levels and in a virtual environment
    • Global digital marketing experience a plus. i.e. EMEA, APAC and LATAM geo marketing
    • BA/BS in Marketing or related field
