Our Company

Since 1987 we’ve carved out a niche as Class A Commercial Specialty Cleaners working with building, facility and office managers throughout The Greater Bay Area, maintaining clean & healthy workplace environments. We’re a Certified Green Women-Owned Small Business (<50 employees) based in Burlingame. Average tenure = +20 years. This opportunity is due to retirement. In-office position available $55k-$65k annually DOE.

Position Summary

Primarily responsible for scheduling and supporting all projects from start to finish. Strengths in this role should include the ability to plan project timelines, be detail-oriented, keep track of multiple tasks simultaneously and communicate (verbally and in email).

  • Collaborates with Client Care, Production Manager & Project Managers in the implementation of all our projects
  • Utilizes our operations software to enter, review, update all critical data points necessary for us to execute successfully and effectively

In addition to scheduling, you’ll be asked to prepare forecast reports, identify potential challenges, plan for future allocation of resources and labor as well as demonstrate you can manipulate the schedule when faced with constraints.

Primary Responsibilities

Maintain our baseline schedule for all cleaning projects

  • Demonstrate proficiency with cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software / Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Mobile App and look to implement additional tools our software may offer
  • Identify workload challenges & propose solutions in weekly production operations meetings
  • Provide daily updates, as schedule change requests are fluid and constant
  • Track issue/activities resolution to ensure project goals are achieved
  • Allocate appropriate labor for each project and assign teams
  • Check to confirm detailed floor plans & photos attached to each project are accurate
  • Identify specialty services which may require additional planning
  • Assist in continuing to develop evaluation methods to assess procedural strengths and identify areas for improvement

Skills and Qualifications

Knowledge of working with any CRM/ERP program

  • Strong sense of ownership and commitment to being excellent every day
  • Critical thinking is important as schedule requests require a change in plans and rescheduling
  • Communicate effectively while exhibiting a supportive and professional demeanor
  • Ability to build trust among our team, our crew and our clients
  • Demonstrate problem solving ability and offers solutions as needed
  • Bilingual in Spanish is helpful, however not necessary
  • 3 years of experience preferred in any capacity ranging from Client Services, Sales, Operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $29.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
