Title: Digital Strategist
Reports To: Sales and Marketing Manager
The Digital Strategist works across various functionalities and is responsible for the planning, design, optimization maintenance, measurement and reporting of Company websites, e-commerce, social media, demand generation programs and will work collaboratively with the Marketing and Sales Team to increase brand awareness and preference to generate qualified leads, improve customer service, increase e-commerce and offline sales, and deepen customer engagement across all lines of Company business.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Increase overall sales targets through digital Strategy and campaigns.
Facilitate discussions with business partners to understand strategic goals, priorities, business requirements, support enterprise architecture in the transition of business requirements into capabilities and initiatives to create growth strategies.
Understand corporate strategy, priorities, value drivers and operational strategy of different business units across the organization.
Manage the digital budget and the long-range plan as well as support governance (scorecard, goals development, stewardship reporting, monitoring of progress against plan.
Monitor technology trends and understand the implications to Company technology environment, strategy, and implications to digital to review the Company business and operating model to assess innovations opportunities to elevate for the applicability.
Understand the internal and external industry markets factors, opportunities and challenges and provide an assessment of internal strengths and weaknesses.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Create monthly reports and suggest and implement best practices to teams and managers on a monthly basis.
Design implement train and maintain a lead management system and a follow-up process and utilizing staff in other departments – Digital Sales.
Diploma in Marketing Communications or related field
Strong familiarity with website CMSs and publishing tools, and Google Analytics certified.
The ability to code in HTML/CSS is a must
Outgoing and personable personality, with an ability to work with all levels of management and outside stakeholders.
Be insightful and perceptive to the market trends and practices.
Ability to adjust work schedules to meet priority campaigns and deadlines
Advanced Windows and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Knowledge of 180 automotive software is an asset
Work Hours may change depending on operational needs.
9:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday to Thursday
9:00 am to 6:00 pm Friday
9:00 am to 6:00 pm Saturday
12:00 pm to 5:00 pm Sunday & Statutory Holidays
