This is a tremendous opportunity to join our core team of account executives by being a field Account Executive, connecting with restaurant owners, and crushing your goals.

As a Field Account Executive, your typical day includes the following:

  • Be our boots on the ground sales representative in the Bay Area
  • Call, set appointments and travel in-person to restaurants to demonstrate our value add and explain how we can help restaurant owners succeed
  • Excellent knowledge of our product and feedback on how we can improve
  • Handling stalls and objections like a pro
  • Overall providing an exceptional and customer centric experience that allows you to set the bar for the rest of their experience with us
  • Work closely with the AEs to deliver consistent brand experience
  • Identify up-selling opportunities
  • Bring your positive energy, and have fun!

*This role requires travel within the Bay Area. You are in charge of your own schedule as long as goals are met!

Compensation: $500/week + $100/restaurant sign up with a goal of 7 restaurants signs up a week!

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: Up to $60,000.00 per year

Requirements (What we look for in candidates): Must-haves: - 4-8 years of work experience in any customer-facing sales role. - Clear, concise, and effective written and oral communication skills. - Empathy towards customers and understanding their needs. - Interest, curiosity, and openness to learning new technologies. - Prior exposure to tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, DiscoverOrg, ZoomInfo, etc. - Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders as well as end customers. - Learning mindset and the right attitude that will help you thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. - Ability to handle rejections and stay focused and driven. - Ability to multi-task and manage your tasks effectively. - Flexibility in working in different shifts/regions. This is absolutely mandatory because you will be expected to work in a specific shift for a minimum of two years. Good to have: - Prior work experience in SaaS product companies in domains relevant to Freshworks' suite of products. - A proven track record of consistency in overachieving targets.
