Training & Development Manager

Aspen Roofing & Exteriors is a growing Restoration Contractor headquarters in Lakewood, CO. With additional offices in Colorado Springs, and Dallas, Texas. We are looking for a Training & Business Development Manager to take our sales organization to the next level. Holding sales staff accountable, providing back-end support, and helping grow the top line revenue of the company. The Training and Development Manager will do this by constantly improving training systems, and other Development activities across the sales organization and throughout the company.


The essential functions of the Training & Development Manager include generating new revenue opportunities, growing existing sales force, creating value-based incentives for sales teams, and executing all functions of the sales process.

Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new sales managers
  • Improve online sales training platform
  • Travel to and meet with new and existing sales reps to provide world-class training and development.
  • Hold Sales reps accountable for Weekly production goals
  • Facilitate and monitor sales contests, and strategies for sales number incentives
  • Travel to different branches to train sales managers
  • Set revenue targets and track performance

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 5 years of sales experience in a related industry (energy production/ exploration/ environmental services)
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Ability and willingness to travel to laboratory facilities and customer locations (up to 50%)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year (includes bonuses)
