POSITION
Are you passionate about helping us continue the rapid growth of our Sales Development Representative (SDR) team? We’re looking for an intrinsically motivated, personable individual who wants to be a major contributor on a growing team – someone who seeks out a challenge, has strong communication skills, and is passionate about Sales. The Sales Recruiter will own SDR recruiting at FieldEdge and play an integral part in the continued growth of the team.

Responsibilities:

    • Collaborating with the leaders of the Sales organization to gain an understanding of job requirements and what leads to success
    • Consistent pipeline tracking within our Applicant Tracking System (Lever)
    • Creatively source candidates from various backgrounds
    • Building and organizing university partnerships
    • Conduct phone interviews and coordinate in-person interviews with the Hiring Team
    • Plan and execute quarterly hiring events in the Dallas Office
    • Evaluate and screen candidates applying for jobs through the FieldEdge/Service Autopilot Careers Page
    • Work in conjunction with Recruiting agencies to fill roles

Requirements:

    • Sales and/or Recruiting experience preferred
    • Outstanding team player willing to engage at a moment’s notice
    • Excellent communication & presentation skills
    • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology systems and programs
    • A strong desire to be constantly learning and growing in the role
    • Approachable and able to successfully build relationships and develop rapport and trust with diverse groups of people
    • Strong organizational skills reflecting the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with high quality and excellent attention to detail and to be adaptable to various competing demands
    • Must have a valid State driver's license
