The Resident Funds Coordinator works closely with local operations and business office staff as part of the corporate Finance team to ensure client funds are managed properly.Pay: $20/hr
Schedule: FT, M-F, 8am-5pm est
Sign-on Bonus: $3,000
Job Responsibilities:
- Works in tandem with local teams to ensure individuals have timely access to spending money or other funds for personal needs.
- Monitors resident funds balances to ensure individuals do not exceed asset limits, if applicable.
- Ensures thorough and accurate entry of payers and authorizations in the Revenue Cycle system.
- Collects and determines resident liability based on state and/or other guidelines.
- Reviews outstanding Accounts Receivable balances for cost of care/client liability monthly.
- Participates in meetings as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Education/Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Able to work independently and stay on task
- Organized, accurate & detail-oriented
- Ability to manage time, make decisions, and solve problems
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook/Teams and other computer-related skills
- Ability to learn various software applications
