Mission

JuiceBar is searching for a Sales Operations Specialist who’s thrives in working in a fast-paced start-up environment. Reporting to our Executive Director of Customer Success, the Sales Operations Specialist will work with other departments to ensure our post sale cycle is executed efficiently from start to finish.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Manage the post sales cycle including processing and finalizing orders by ensuring appropriate sales documentation; quotes, purchase orders, Network SaaS license authorizations, and branding
  • Responsible for maintaining CRM with key information throughout the post sales cycle
  • Principal contact for all sales operations for internal management of clients & vendors ensuring sales team alignment of policies and procedures
  • Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement and makes recommendations to sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies.
  • Design and maintain clear operational guides to ensure consistency of operations
  • Coordinate or assist in process training delivery to sales, sales management, and sales support personnel
  • Facilitate cross-channel feedback from customers and employees to management and executive teams
  • Assist with identifying Network SaaS license renewal opportunities
  • Recommend revisions to existing reports or assist in the development of new reporting tools
  • Proactively seek out opportunities to advance and improve the organization

Requirements

  • Proven ability to take ownership in their product and continuously improve on it
  • Ability to communicate & set expectations to internal and external customers
  • Ability to balance simultaneous projects, evaluate workload and prioritize tasks based on criticality
  • Demonstrates highest level of detail orientation and organizational skills

Qualifications

· 3-5 years of relevant experience

· Experience working with sales teams, sales partners or b2b customers

· Experience with HubSpot and NetSuite

· Experience with Microsoft Excel, Pivot Tables

Salary $70,000 ++ Including competitive health benefits, unlimited PTO, 401k Match

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year

Course Instructors work with customers in group and, from time-to-time, individual settings, to discuss career goals and will collaborate with Career Instructors to assist with coaching on hiring techniques based on industry experience.
