Job Description
The primary role for this position is to be the subject matter expert for targeting competitor market share, identifying trends and new opportunities particularly for bipolar, MOS and logic technologies. Additionally, provide market updates and training to all stakeholders. Working closely with the AMEC sales team, and the regional business group marketing teams (BMMs), drive market share growth through the targeting of existing SAM. (referred to as C & B gaps). Take ownership of underserved high value accounts to grow targeted competitor conversion business. Further, this position will maintain an AMEC level regional account strategy for the conversion of competitor business including tracking quote and conversion successes and actively align with the business groups on competitiveness. Working closely with the sales team build a strong and robust DIT funnel, with an emphasis on competitor technology gaps. (referred to as A gaps), building a strong 5 year technology roadmap together with the business groups.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Share with the relevant AMEC sales the responsibility for developing and executing strategies to maximize sales and profit with a focus on competitor market share expansion.
- Taking ownership for relevant KPI’s and strategic initiatives in achieving share gain vs target competitors.
- Develop and maintain a competitive cross tracking process including part cross database.
- Develop and maintain a quote tracking process, including success rates, and lessons learned on losses.
- Work with AMEC distribution team to make sure their sales team are trained and aligned on goals and generating a high level of activity, quotes and win conversions.
- Grow the customer count, where competitor market share gain is a focus.
- Ensuring that all key internal systems and processes are timely updated with accurate information.
- Gathering and communicating market/competitor information into the organization
- Organizing technical workshops with customer
- Consolidating all activity into AMEC competitor conversion Business Plan clearly communicating expectation and requirements towards Nexperia to meet business targets.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 5 Years Sales / Marketing experience in the semiconductor multi-market environment or similar experience as Field Application Engineer, or business group product line or marketing manager
