Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction sales and a strong passion for helping customers achieve their home improvement goals. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales, building lasting client relationships, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial contact to project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including referrals, networking, and cold calling.
- Conduct in-home consultations to understand clients' needs and present tailored renovation solutions.
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential customers.
- Provide accurate estimates and close sales contracts.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with our production and project management teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
- Attend trade shows, community events, and industry functions to promote Renovation By Burbach's services.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
