Job Description

Binners Waste Removal provides demolition, disposal bins and full service waste removal to builders and renovators in the construction industry.

We are looking for someone who is highly motivated and hard-working.

New graduates are welcome to apply!

We are 3 years in and continuously evolving. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping a company grow. We combine technology with our operations and work to be innovative and team-based as possible.

You will contribute to our team by securing new business while strengthening and maximizing existing business. You must be a hunter. Someone who is comfortable making cold calls and working to build your customer accounts.

  • You have previous experience cold calling companies
  • You are hard-working
  • You connect well with people and create long-term relationships
  • You are hungry for sales and growth and you are continuously striving reach and supersede your sales targets
  • You understand how to develop and build pipelines
  • You have a strong sense of accountability to your results
  • You enjoy being part of a startup culture and contributing to business growth

Key Responsibilities

  • Making outbound calls and emails to businesses in the construction industry
  • Using a CRM to manage customer information and activities
  • Working as a team to achieve sales goals
  • Following up with clients to retain relationships
  • Building relationships with clients for recurring sales
  • Process quotes and schedule removals
  • Potential for growth into a manager role, which would include training new hires and additional responsibilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $30,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

  • Bonus pay
  • Commission pay

Benefits:

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
