We are looking for a talented Account / Property Manager

We are looking for candidates who are excited about changing and challenging conventional thinking to make the Rental experience a much better one for Owners and Residents alike.

As our Account Manager, you will be a central cog in our organizational wheel responsible for the most important things - providing a best in class service to our Property owners and Tenants, earning their trust and satisfaction.

You will be Owning A-Z the entire process from selecting and onboarding the Tenants, overseeing property repairs and maintenance, full Property financial management, and full service and support.

Requirements

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Degree in analytical sciences (math/business/economy/engineering ) - Advantage
  • Solid proficiency with either CRM systems, BI Systems, Property Management systems (such as Appfolio/Yardi/Buildium etc..), High level Excel, accounting systems or similar - HUGE advantage
  • Experience as Property Manager/ Maintenance Manager/Coordinator for a Property management company - Advantage
  • Active Real Estate Agent license is a huge advantage.
  • Relevant home maintenance certifications - advantage
