Telemarketer/Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in our client engagement strategy, serving as the first point of contact for our potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Act as the initial point of contact for potential clients, introducing them to our company and its offerings professionally and engagingly.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong client relationships through active communication, understanding their needs, and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Sales calls: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about our products/services and identifying opportunities for sales. Success in This is crucial to your growth within the company .
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads, nurturing and progressing them through the sales funnel.
- Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to assist in lead conversion.
- Live Confirmations: Confirming appointments after telemarketers schedule appointments
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate and promote our value proposition. You will be expected to learn different product manuals. All the training will be given to you but you need to be able to learn fast .
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, address customer inquiries or concerns, and relay customer feedback to help improve products, services, and customer experiences.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions with clients and prospects in our CRM system.
- Data Entry
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- The ability to keep someone interested in you.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.
- Persuasive and confident phone presence
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software.
- Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus.
- Professional and courteous phone etiquette.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Ability to effectively communicate in English and Spanish (bilingual)
- Experience in negotiating and closing sales deals
- Ability to build rapport with potential customers
