As an Account Manager at Titan Power, you will play a vital role in expanding sales and managing relationships with existing customer accounts. Your exceptional relationship building and customer service skills will contribute to the success of your customers' businesses and Titan Power overall.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet and exceed sales production quotas through account expansion efforts
- Conduct regular account reviews with existing customers for relationship building and cross-sell, up-sell opportunities
- Partner with industry experts to conduct lunch n’ learns and/or webinars for promoting new products and services
- Present on Titan Power’s capabilities to existing customers to ensure awareness of full offering
- Create or utilize existing target marketing campaign tools to generate demand and opportunities within accounts
- Review and research assigned accounts to generate a roadmap for expansion and success
- Learn and complete training to become knowledgeable of products and services sold by Titan Power, Inc.
- Complete introductions and transition existing customers to new account management
- Provide reactive and proactive hyper-care to customers through consistent communication and engagement
- Build relationships by discovering and contacting customers around their key life events, interests, and milestones
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5 years’ experience in account management and technology and/or construction sales
- Computer fluent in Microsoft Office products
- Experience with CRM software
- Experience in virtual or in-person presentations
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience or knowledge of commercial power distribution, electrical, emergency power environments is a plus
