Position Overview: Are you a highly organized and customer-focused professional with a passion for driving sales growth? We are looking for a Sales Lead Coordinator to play a pivotal role in our sales team. As a Sales Lead Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing leads, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless transition from lead to sale. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to our company's success and advance your career in the HVAC industry.

What we need done:

  • Receive and respond to inbound sales inquiries and leads promptly and professionally.
  • Qualify leads to determine their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to distribute and follow up on leads effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through outstanding communication and service.
  • Provide information about our HVAC products and services, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint.
  • Implement lead nurturing strategies to keep potential customers engaged and informed.
  • Schedule appointments and follow-up activities to move leads through the sales pipeline.
  • Monitor and track lead progress in our CRM system.
  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing quotes, proposals, and sales contracts.
  • Coordinate sales meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and materials.
  • Generate reports and analyze data related to lead conversion rates, sales performance, and customer feedback.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead generation optimization.

Who we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in sales coordination, lead management, or a related customer-facing role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems and industry trends (preferred but not required).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Ability to diffuse conflict and hold others accountable.
  • Engaging personality that blends well with a fast-paced, performance driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
