Established in 2007, Renewed Journey CS is a mental health group practice serving the Tucker and other area communities. Renewed Journey CS has a team of providers that address the needs of individuals, families, and couples mental health and behavioral health needs. The practice is a pleasant, stable atmosphere with team members that worked in the office at a minimum of four years.
We are looking for a responsible Front and Back Office Medical Admin to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Duties of the Front and Back Office Medical Admin includes providing support to our managers, providers, patients, clients, and area vendors. The duties also include assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
This candidate is an additional employed team member that is responsible for organizing our company’s day-to-day operations.
The candidate's position will coordinate daily administrative activities to ensure the smooth runnings of the group practice.
The Medical Admin Front and Back Office should be highly organized, can complete assignments, and able to multi-task with ease. The ideal candidate has experience in a medical office, mental health practice, knowledge of medical billing, assistant service, and/or other relevant administrative roles.
The candidate should also be familiar with office software (e.g. MS Office), including word processors, spreadsheets and presentations.

-Submit expense reports
-Keep employee records (physical and digital)
-Serve as a liaison between patients and providers
-Maintain a filing system for data on patients and external partners
-Distribute incoming and outgoing mail
-Prepare regular reports
-Organize, store and print company documents as needed
-Answer and/or redirect phone calls
-Handle queries from managers, patients, and providers
-Assist in the development of office policies and ensure compliance with them
-Organizing and scheduling appointments with practice management software
-Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes
-Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
-Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
-Develop and maintain a filing system
-Update and maintain office policies and procedures
-Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
-Maintain contact lists
Proven experience or transferable skills as an Administrator, Medical Assistant, Administrative Assistant or relevant role
Familiarity with office equipment, including printers and fax machines
Knowledge of office policies and procedures
Experience with office management tools (MS Office software, in particular)
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Office Administrative, Billing, or Medical Assistance
Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative processes and principles
Ability to handle medical records discreetly
Demonstrate and maintain professionalism through attire and communication.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
