Safe and Sound is a commercial security company that offers business security systems, security camera installation, Cannabis Security Plans, network cabling, access control systems, and security alarm systems. Whether you're looking for a commercial alarm company, a cannabis security consultant, or a low voltage electrical contractor, we have the experience to get the job done. As a cannabis security consulting firm, we've written over 450 security plans for cannabis businesses in California. We have over 15 years of experience in the low voltage industry and have installed over 10,000 security systems in Northern and Southern California.

We are seeking an Inside Sales Account Executive to join our growing company! We've doubled our business in the last 12 months and have more hot leads than we can handle. We believe in an assembly line approach to sales and marketing with modern autonomous prospecting handled by our marketing team and an engineering department that handles proposals and estimates. This leaves our account executives freed up to do what they do best: build relationships, deliver top notch presentations, and close deals.

As an account executive, you will manage warm leads and opportunities in salesforce as well as handle inbound inquiries from our website and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is someone who is able to work from our Concord office 8-5 M-F, and has a demonstrated track record of success working in an inside sales environment selling to b2b accounts.


  • Follow up on warm opportunities and leads through phone calls and email
  • Deliver top notch presentations to prospective clients via zoom
  • Interface with the Marketing and Engineering teams in a team environment
  • Manage relationships with existing customers
  • Negotiate with clients
  • Manage contract signature process


  • Experience in b2b sales
  • Familiarity with Salesforce
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
