Job Details:

SUMMARY: This position serves as the key administrative support to the Scottsdale Office West Team and Sales Director of the Mountain Grocery Sales Team which consists of approximately 10 Team Members . The ideal person occupying this role must operate with a high level of integrity strong sense of urgency and have a proven history in a fast-paced multi-faceted environment. This position is responsible for but not limited to performing administrative duties that include compiling entry of data and generating reports from multiple systems; appropriately managing general personal and confidential information files and or material; assist in the development coordination photocopying of presentations as requested ; coordinating travel trip planning meetings annual conventions and customer visits; accurately managing submitting via Concur Team Member expenses; appropriately handling internal external inquiries and or requests; assist in the pre-planning and on-boarding of new Team Members; properly managing office supplies equipment maintenance and office environment; coordinating payment of office related expenses and any other duties as assigned. Another significant area of responsibility is the planning coordinating and managing of the Waste Management Phoenix Open. This includes working with our Meeting Services department in securing the hotel space needed for the event; owning the hotel reservations process; working with The Thunderbirds office on changes updates to Skybox Bird s Nest ticket needs; coordinating the various departmental payments for the event; managing processing the daily Skybox Bird s Nest tickets ensuring they are given to the appropriate people customers; planning a cocktail reception during the event; attending the Open each day; solving last-minute situations as they occur. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Address Daily Business Needs Organize and Schedule Meetings Appointments Assist in the Preparation and Distribution of Sales Reporting Submit and Reconcile Expense Reports Provide General Support to Team Members Visitors Customers Maintain Contact Lists Internal External Accurate Timely Reporting Cost Center T E Budget and MDF Manage the Waste Management Phoenix Open Event Coordinate corporate events to take place outside of the work place such as golf tournaments and industry conferences. Other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS: Education: College degree or equivalent work experience Experience: 5 plus years of experience as administrative assistant CPG Experience Preferred ; Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Special Skills: Excellent time management skills; personal skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work; Strong organizational and planning skills; Attention to detail and problem-solving skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills; well versed in Microsoft Excel Outlook PowerPoint and Word Supervisory: N A Travel: None

This position is slated for candidates who are currently working at this facility, therefore they will be considered for the opening first. If none of those local TEAM members are selected, then other Tyson TEAM members from other locations will be given consideration, then all external candidates will be considered.
