Le rôle que nous vous proposons :

Le rôle de Support des Comptes Client Clef sera centré sur la réussite des clients et l'exécution des ventes pour un ensemble défini de plateformes de formation. Le poste est attribué à nos clients aux revenus les plus élevés (> 1 million de dollars par an), aux clients VVIP et aux clients de flottes mixtes importants. Vous serez le point de contact principal pour toutes les demandes de service à la clientèle. Votre objectif sera de répondre rapidement aux demandes des clients par téléphone et par e-mail pour réserver avec précision leur formation tout en mettant à jour la base de données CRM. Vous coordonnerez avec les services de formation et les ventes pour offrir une expérience de formation idéale en agissant en tant que champion interne pour le client et expert en la matière pour leur plate-forme respective. Le poste travaillera avec les gestionnaires de vene sur les visites des centres de formation, les examens des comptes de localisation des clients et les réunions de d'affaires avec les clients.

Le profil idéal sera axé sur le support de nos clients, le souci des détails et les processus, la personne que nous recherchons sera très organisée, capable de prospérer dans un environnement dynamique et sensible au temps, et capable de communiquer efficacement avec les clients internes et externes. Ce poste sera fortement axé sur la satisfaction de la clientèle en tirant parti des relations internes pour aider à fidéliser la clientèle.

  • Responsable de toutes les réservations de revenus au sein de leurs plateformes assignées. Responsable de l'expérience du client et agit comme un lien entre les ventes, les opérations, le service client, le service de formation et les ventes internes. Responsable de répondre rapidement aux demandes de réservation de revenus au sein de la plate-forme avec des informations précises et détaillées qui correspondent aux préférences des clients. S'assure que les réservations sont saisies correctement dans le système et assure le suivi auprès des clients de tout changement, question ou préoccupation lié à la pré-formation.
  • Soutenir les activités de vente sur des plateformes définies en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les gestionnaires des ventes et les gestionnaires de la clientèle en tant qu'expert en la matière sur les plateformes qui leur sont attribuées. Fournit des conseils sur les cours suggérés, la disponibilité de la formation et les connaissances spécifiques à la plate-forme.
  • Établir et maintenir des relations avec les clients. Agit en tant que conseiller de formation de confiance pour les décideurs tout en organisant leurs besoins en matière de planification.
  • Le titulaire de ce poste communiquera fréquemment pour résoudre les problèmes des clients. Fournit la réponse de première ligne aux préoccupations des clients avant et après la formation en recherchant de manière indépendante des solutions et en défendant les intérêts dans toute l'entreprise. Remonte les préoccupations si nécessaire et prend en charge la préoccupation jusqu'à ce qu'elle soit résolue.
  • S'assure que tous les rapports, réservations et saisies CRM sont effectués avec précision et à temps

The role we are offering you:

The Key Client Account Owner (Key CAO) role will center around customer success and sales execution for a defined set of training platforms. Position is assigned our highest revenue clients (>$1MM annual), VVIP clients, and significant mixed fleet clients. Will be the main point of contact for any customer service requests. The CAO's focus will be to quickly respond to customer requests via phone and email to accurately book their training while updating the CRM database. They will coordinate with both training services and sales to provide an ideal training experience by acting as an internal champion for the client and a subject matter expert for their respective platform. Position will work with RSMs on facility visits, customer location account reviews, and client entertainment/business meetings.

The ideal candidate will be customer focused, detail and process oriented, highly organized, able to thrive in a dynamic time sensitive environment, and able to effectively communicate with both internal and external customers. This position will have a strong focus on driving customer satisfaction through leveraging internal relationships to help achieve client retention.

Accountable for all revenue bookings within their assigned platforms. Owns the client's experience and acts as a link between Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Regulatory, Records, and Inside Sales. Responsible for quickly responding to requests to book revenue within the platform with accurate, detailed information that matches customers preferences. Ensures that bookings are entered correctly into the system and follows up with clients regarding any pre-training related changes, questions or concerns.

Support sales activities in defined platforms by working closely with Sales Management and Customer Senior Management as a subject matter expert on their assigned platforms. Provides guidance on suggested courses, training availability, and platform specific knowledge.

Build and maintain client relationships. Acts as a trusted training advisor for Decision Makers while arranging their scheduling needs.

The incumbent in this position frequently communicates to resolves customer concerns. Provides the first line response for pre and post training customer concerns by independently seeking solutions and advocating throughout the company. Escalates concerns when necessary and owns the concern until it is resolved.

Ensure all reporting, Booking, and CRM entry is done accurately and on time
