What is it?
The Online Sales Representative is the first point of contact for customers coming into our Dealership, their professionalism and etiquette assist in building lasting relationships with customers. Online Sales Representatives receive inquiries by various means, then advise Customers on available inventory, best practices for keeping their vehicles safe and properly maintained, making and confirming appointments with the Sales Team. Online Sales Representatives work with the Sales and Service Teams to provide the outstanding service that our customers have come to expect.
The Online Sales Representative joining our team will be fully trained on all of the processes and software they will be using, including the overall aspects of the Sales and Service departments of the dealership. Understanding how all departments work together is key to the positions success. Teams work together and learn from the best.
Online Sales Representatives are required to provide each customer with a personalized service experience, to foster excellent relationships within the dealership and effectively communicate to all involved. This position also requires you to provide each customer with an experience that earns the right to their business.
The working hours for this position will typically be day shifts with occasional weekends or evening shifts.

What do I need?
The minimum schooling requirement is a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience in customer service is preferred.
